As your practitioner I will ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and restore balance, leaving you refreshed and revitalized. Ideal for those seeking comprehensive care, this service offers a holistic approach to healing that nurtures both body and mind. *NOTE: I am a Certified Reflexologist/ Massage Practitioner **Drink plenty of water after each session to help detoxify the body. *** A health history form must be completed for each new client. ****Massage table - max weight 250pounds. (Taxes and gratuities are additional)
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Procedure All appointments at Simple Blends of Health are by appointment only, I DO NOT take walk-ins. Please arrive for your massage appointment no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Parking is available on the street or in the driveway of property. (centre right of driveway) All clients must wear indoor socks/slippers upon entering the property (either your own or ones supplied that are washed, re-used by Simple Blends of Health). All treatment sessions have a specific time scheduled, therefore I regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments and will be shortened with a full charge of treatment booked. Appointments booked for the first time must be complete intake form at the first session. All appointments need to be confirmed 24 hours in advance, after this time appointments are non-cancellable and will incur full charges of the treatment booked. Cancellation Policy I value your business and ask that you respect Simple Blends of Health policies. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, I require a minimum 24 hours notice. This must be done via email to me to request a change, this allows me enough time to fill your appointment space. If you do not cancel your appointment WITHIN the 24 hours before your appointment time, a loss of deposit/full payment charged will be applied to your account. This is out of respect to me, as I have planned my schedule around your appointment. It is also out of respect for other clients who are looking to schedule appointments. No Show, late cancellation, and unconfirmed appointments Will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. Clients may NOT bring children that will be left unsupervised by an adult during their appointment. Support people are welcome to stay in own vehicle as I can not accommodate extra people in my clinic. Please read more about the "Treatment Room Policy's" on the booking site.
